FOODS FOR A HIGHER VIBRATION - 7 DAY CHALLENGE

Can having the right foods and drink really do that for you? It really can!
As the old saying goes ‘you are what you eat’, quite literally according to the ancients, and even emerging modern science.
In many ancient traditions, and even in today’s science, certain foods have been identified to be good for health, but not just that, good for the body and mind, and for the goal of a higher vibrational consciousness.
When we realize that everything is ultimately energy of different vibrations, then we can see that our bodies are also, and therefore, that there are certain foods and liquids that provide higher ‘lighter’ energies, and those that create ‘denser’ states of energy. The more we consume denser foods, our bodies and minds embody lower vibrational frequencies. But the more we eat lighter life giving foods, the more that our and bodies and minds are elevated towards a higher vibrational consciousness, of which we will experience and attract the same.
The higher in vibration we go, the greater foundation we are creating towards ‘enLIGHTenment’ (self-realization – our true immortal nature), and ‘life-actualization’ (the achievement of that we truly desire and wish to become).

HOW TO BEGIN
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DIET, BUT INSTEAD A GUIDE FOR HIGH VIBE EATING CHOICES
This is not intended as a diet or plan, as each one of us has a different gentic make-up and body type, and therefore, at any given moment, what our bodies require might be different than someone else. Instead it is intended as a list of foods that have been shown to support higher vibrational consciousness, and those that create a denser vibration.
As our vibrational consciousness increases, we will naturally start to get more sensitive to our bodies and their needs (just like a pregnant mother does). We recommend integrating the meditation exercises from the 7 Day Meditation Challenge, along with this challenge, in order to become more sensitive to your needs, and really SKYROCKET your vibration and level of consciousness! Click here for that. What the body requires will constantly change based on what nutrition it requires. However, there are always certain foods that ‘overall’ lead towards a higher vibration, and those that lower it.
The Challenge Rules
To begin with, for the first 7 days of the challenge, we challenge you to eat 90-100% of the higher vibrational foods listed below. (Note: make sure not to over-eat, and to stick to your recommended caloric intake per day).
This will jump-start you into new higher vibrational eating choices, and thus start to build the right momentum in the right direction. It will also allow you to feel and taste (no pun intended 🙂 ) the benefits.
From then on, after the first 7 days, if over 80% of what you eat are higher vibrational foods, then that is a good margin to aim for or surpass. This will help you massively in all spiritual practices and on the self-realization or life-actualization paths. When our vibration is high, we can become anything, achieve anything and move closer to our enLIGHTened nature.
HIGHER VIBRATIONAL FOODS LIST
High Vibe foods are balancing and harmonious, and they are plentiful; this is only a partial list. When in doubt, remember that these foods can be loosely categorized as most fresh fruits and vegetables, mostly whole grains, legumes and nuts.

GOOD FOR ENERGY BUT GENERALLY 'NON-CALMING' FOODS
These foods can be health for the body, but if over eaten, they can over-excite the system and be distruptive towards the body and mind for HIGHER VIBRATIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS. These foods should be eaten in moderation, and generally not before meditation and spiritual practice.
